At SkinGlowHouse, we carefully process and ship every order to ensure that your beauty products arrive safely and beautifully packaged. Since we work with selected international partners, our delivery process may take a little longer — but it’s always worth the wait ✨

🕓 Order Processing

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking link via email.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we cannot change it after shipment.

🌍 Shipping Times

Our products are shipped directly from our international warehouses to keep prices fair and quality high.
Average delivery times:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 7–14 business days
- Rest of Europe: 7–20 business days
- Outside Europe: 10–25 business days

Please note: these are average times. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, holidays, or local courier handling.

💌 Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates can take up to 3–5 days to appear online, depending on the courier.

📦 Multiple Items

If you ordered multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking links for each package.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices.
